    I entered into a contract in October 2023 for this company to secure me 3 high traffic vending locations. After a few months I asked for a refund as they were unable to produce results. They said we can talk about a refund at 6 months. I checked with them multiple times after six months and they said I should just have patience. At over a year they said they would finally refund me. A month later they said a lawyer would be contacting to make payments. No lawyer called. For two months they said they will start to make payments back to me. Today they said they should start making $1500 payments monthly on Monday. But there is no guarantee.

    I paid them on 09/2024 in the amount of $9,000. This was for vending machine locating services. I waited until 06/2024 as they told me they will no longer be offering done for you locating services which is what I paid for. From there, I requested a refund since things were not working, and since June I've been asking for my refund and I keep getting told that my refund is coming but here we are in August still waiting for my money to be returned back to me since they did not render services.

    On June 27 2023 I entered into a contractual agreement with Ryan ****** the owner of Vending Accelerator for placement of vending machines at 5 locations in a 90 period of time. I paid him ********* for this service. This was also in include weekly updates. After several months no locations were obtained, communication was limited and only occurred when I initiated. During these communications Ryan did not provided updates on my locations only excuses as to why he was so busy and then stopped responding all together. On January 10, 2024 my attorney send him a demand letter for a refund. On March 6 2024 Mr ****** issued a refund contract with a promise to repay the funds, he has yet to do so, and has stopped responding once again. I will be taking further legal action.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have now received a refund in full. I am still very concerned about this businesses practices in general. I hope you able to keep this business on the radar as I’m sure complaints will continue to trickle in.
