5 starsBill examined the problem and wrote an order. He was smart and explained everything. Travis and Slinky installed the supports under the sunroom on the deck and I watched as my windows moved back into their original positions. It was amazing. I now feel safe in the sunroom and relieved of worry that it will fall down. It is secured, level and no longer sloping down or sinking. Feel comfortable knowing the lifetime guarantee will bring them back if it ever sinks more.Review fromsandra c

Trevor and Spencer, from 58 Foundations and Waterproofing, were running a little late due to problems on another job, but they called to let me know. They completed the job in a timely manor. Both were kind and respectful. I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to a friend.

58 Foundations completed a waterproofing in my basement due to water coming in underneath my foundation.
I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of this company. After I first reached out to them for an estimate, I was given information to review even before the gentleman came out to look at my basement. I appreciated the detailed communication regarding who would be coming to my house and when. The estimate was low pressure and detailed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of the water leak and the repair. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into an expensive repair that I may not need.
Once I decided to go with 58 Foundations, a date was set for the repair.
On the schedule day, three gentlemen were at my home at the time that I was told they would come. From there, the work was completed smoothly, competently, and professionally.
The cleanup was impeccable and the job was completed in less time than estimated!
The gentleman, Jubal, Trevor and DJ, were very polite and informative. My mother and I felt very comfortable with them and for two women living alone, that is extremely important.

I went with '58 Foundations and Waterproofing as their quote was fair and they didn't sugar coat anything, they were able to fit me into their schedule pretty quickly due to some heavy rains my water table under my property was piercing my foundation and water was coming up from the ground into my crawlspace. their rep didn't try to scare tactic me into a contract like another contractor's rep attempted to do. However, there was a hiccup during initial clearing of my crawlspace, they accidentally broke a very old shared well water line that ran from my neighbors house across the street and I had water gushing out at a very high gallons per minute kinda rate. it was stressful but, D.J acted quickly and owned up to the accident. (He professionally and gracefully contacted some of his supervisors.) they all quickly created a plan to resolve the problem and everyone worked as a team to get it repaired and corrected. Total time to fix from beginning to end was an hour or less it seemed. The total job time took about 2 work days but, I have a somewhat small crawlspace (415 sq ft, -/+ 2.5 ft) I am overall happy with the teamwork and the job they did for my home, it's refreshing to see a company own up to something nowadays if it's their fault or just a problem that needs resolved to make everything work right for the customer and able to work together to fix something. I'm glad I picked them and kicked the other contractor to the curb. Thanks again y'all!'58 Foundations & Waterproofing

We used 58 Foundations for our basement waterproofing. Very pleased with our crew led by Trevor. Everything was explained in detail and our questions answered. Even though they used a jackhammer for some of the process, they were very quiet during the rest of it.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing

I would just like to give a 5 Star Review for the Account Rep & the Waterproofing Crew that completed the waterproof of our basement. The Rep Andy ****** was knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with his explanation and what was going to happen the day of the job. Then the crew that came that day - Trevor, Tyler, Spencer & Jubal were great! They were polite, friendly and answered any questions we had! They covered everything up and cleaned up great. We had a great experience and would recommend them 100%!
Also, we had a neighbor that was re-homing her dog and one of the crew took home a new addition that day to join his family! Everything worked out great that day!'58 Foundations & Waterproofing

5 starsThe work 58 Foundations completed for us has given us a piece of mind! Our home is only 3 years old, we have had water seeping under and in our encapsulation from the beginning.
Our home's ongoing humidity level was over 67% in spite of 2 large whole house dehumidifiers.
Your crew, Trevor (Supervisor), Tyler and Spencer arrived as expected and completed the work in a professional manner. The results are wonderful!!! Humidity is now 49% and the water and terrible smell is gone! Thank you drainage specialist Rick ******* and this wonderful crew!Review fromMatt G

5 starsThe 58 specialist came out and was extremely diligent in going over everything. He explained to me each step in his process and gave me tips to help prevent issues with water on the outside of my house. I even extended my warranty due to him being the one that would service my system if needed due to his knowledge and attitude. The foundation specialist I had the pleasure of meeting with was Ron ******. He was a very professional and knowledgeable man. I felt very at ease with him. My husband and I contracted 58 Foundation to level
our house. Three trips were supposedly needed to attain the goal. Two, or 3 visits later, the house is exactly the same.or worse. The last guy who came out said that he saw additional problems and would show pictures to his supervisor and someone would come out. They first came in May or June 2022. We are getting no responses to sending someone back in order to resolve the problem.
Their ad claims that they fix problem or refund money. We need our money back.
