    My daughter had a scheduled appointment and she arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the woman at the front desk. After patiently waiting for 25 minutes and seeing other customers come and go, she went up to the front desk and asked if she was going to be taken next for her service. She was then told that something must have happened and she was never checked in and now considered late and because of this, they could not give her the service because they were fully booked. They did not apologize to my daughter for their mistake nor did they try to accommodate squeezing her into the schedule to honor her appointment. They were very dismissive as if she was an inconvenience to them even though it was their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen all the time and that’s ok, but own up to it with your customer and make it right. My daughter being the sweet person she is simply walked out without ever getting her scheduled service. I can’t believe a business would operate this way. How do you not honor a reservation when it’s your businesses mistake and also never once apologize to the customer for the mixup. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very disappointing.
