    I recently used Pinnacle Home Improvement company for a Soffit, Facia and Gutter project at my home. While the sales and Production manager exhibited great responsiveness to my inquiries and concerns their communication was prompt and they always tried to address any issues or questions in a timely manner. However, I must admit that I was disappointed with the overall process and finally the craftsmanship of their work. While they were quick to complete the project, the quality of their workmanship was mediocre at best. The attention to detail and precision that I had expected was lacking, and there were noticeable flaws in the finished product. It was evident that they did not put in the effort to ensure a high-quality outcome, which the company claims. Although I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to address my concerns, starting with removal of debris, damage to the existing roof and yard. The company did try to redress some of these issues, but it could have been avoided had better care been taken upfront. I had also hoped for better craftsmanship from a home improvement company which claims to be the best and most experienced in the area, but the “completed” job looks just unfinished or rushed; the fascia has numerous wrinkles, the gutters look un-even along with unsightly repair to the drip edge on the roof. Ultimately, the mediocre quality of their work left me feeling somewhat unsatisfied with the overall experience. I would not do additional business with this company and would be hard pressed to recommend their services in the future.

    We just loved the end results from Pinnacle. We purchased a whole house roof and because of the great professional job they did, we had gutters installed. I would HIGHLY recommend pinnacle for any exterior home repair/replacement services for your future needs !!!
