      Was hesitant to leave a negative review, until I talked to the owner ******* ******, then felt it was completely warranted. Run far away, call a different company.

      Let's start with the positive: Came out within 24 hours of confirming my windshield on my vehicle would be replaced. Technician was very nice.

      Now for the rest of the review. My replacement windshield was busted when installing. I get it, things happen. Was left waiting the rest of the day without a vehicle because I was told they would be back before the end of the business day to get a new windshield installed. At 5:00 I'm told they're not replacing my windshield today but I would know something tomorrow. So, at this point I have a windshield that is busted worse than the original that I'm left to deal with until I get a 2nd replacement. I get a call saying they will be out 5 days later to fix the windshield that this company busted, but for my trouble they'll be waiving the calibration fee. When asked what that cost would look like now, I'm told it's the exact same price as what ****** quoted me prior to taking the job. So a non-existent discount on a windshield that's worse than my previous one. After going back and forth about this for a little bit we get it worked out where I can get the windshield replaced the following day. I asked to speak to ****** (the owner), and he starts spouting off about everything that can come to his mind. Doesn't bother to listen to anything I have to say. Tells me to take it or leave it? All in all horrid experience and now I'll be waiting on the next company (probably Safelite, who I should have used to begin with) to come fix his companies mess. I'm sure he'll have some response in rebuttle here as he's done with the rest of the negative reviews, but take my word here. I'm sure they do fine work when everything is smooth, but you don't want to deal with them if everything is not smooth.

      this unfortunate incident was handled by myself and my franchisor.  we had to replace a broken w/s with a broken w/s for one night because the glass broke during installation.  the new w/s was not available until the next day.  we intended to replace the w/s the next day, with a discount, but the customer tried to make my company do it for free.  not possible, as the truck also had to be recalibrated.  accidents happen  nothing was damaged.  we made accommodations to take care of the issue the next day, but the customer was not interested.
