    Bought a new camper with extended warranty from camping world. Also purchased a separate warranty for the Interior of same camper. A year and a half later they refuse to honor any of the purchased warranties and claim I never purchased them. I have all the paperwork saying otherwise.

    Dropped my camper off on 12-06-2022 which is under warranty with JAYCO until 02-06-2024. We told Brandi this but she stated it was only a year long. We were told they would have the camper for 2 weeks and we would have it back. When we dropped it off we asked if we should have it winterized however was told no because they would only have it for two weeks. ( we occasionally travel for work for weeks at a time and needed it back). During Christmas we had a very hard freeze for a week long and now we are conserved there could be damage from this. When we asked about it we were told that it would be our responsibility if there was even though it was in their possession. Was told they have submitted the work that needs to be done to NATIONAL WARRANTY several times but they never hear anything back. We have no idea who national warranty is. We called JAYCO they have confirmed they don't know who National Warranty is and have no idea why they aren't submitting it to them because it's still under the manufacture warranty until the beginning of 2024. I also called Camping World in Denver they have no idea who National Warranty is. I did receive a Call back from JAYCO on 01-13-2023 (Katie) she tried calling Camping World Knoxville and was unable to get in touch with the service department. I have at least called them twice a week every week asking for updates to just be told the same thing. They have heard nothing back from National Warranty, I have asked each time why they aren't sending it to JAYCO as it is covered under the manufacture warranty still. Just get the run around have been told they have a process and will call the warranty guy to email NATIONAL WARRANTY again. The have never once called us to tell us anything, When we call them we have to call 5-6 times a day before we can get through. I have asked to speak to the store manager on several occasions and the gall that answers the phones always says he is busy. Like Katie said at JAYCO this should be a very simple process if the would submit it to Jayco for processing.
