    1.) DATE OF SERVICES 12/06/24 - 12/19/24 2.) $5000 OWED BACK DUE TO REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES NOT DELIVERED, NOT COMPLETED AND COMPLETED INCORRECTLY AND NOT UP TO CODE. 3.) SAMUEL COLEMAN AGREED TO REWIRE OUR LIGHTING IN THE BASEMENT, REMOVE OLD CABINETS AND SHELVES, ORDER, DELIVER AND INSTALL A 3 STAGE MINI-SPLIT HVAC SYSTEM AND COMPLETE RANDOM PROJECTS LIKE GUTTER CLEANING, ETC. 4.) SAMUEL HAS REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY PAID TOWARD THESE SERVIES STATED ABOVE. ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF THESE THINGS LISTED ABOVE WERE ACTUALLY COMPLETED AND THE ELECTRICAL WORK IS NOT UP TO CODE. 5.) SAMUEL STATED HE WAS A LICENSED CONTRACTOR AND PROVIDED A FALSE BUSINESS ID NUMBER.

    I want to make sure for anyone who reads this they have all the information about Samuel Robert Jack Coleman and his business "Coleman Construction & Remodeling".  Here are more details about this business and Mr. Coleman.  He goes by:  Samuel Coleman, Sam Coleman, Samuel Cole & Sam Cole.  He will give you a low estimate for any project, over promise and under deliver on any work he actually does.  He will ask for a 50% deposit, usually be Venmo, Cash App, Etc.  Samuel Coleman has currently been charged with Felony Theft in Jefferson County, Sevier County, Clairborne County and has past charges filed against him in Cocke County.  He owes us approx. $5000, and we are aware of multiple other victims who are owed $8000+ each.  While he has been arrested and is currently dealing with these charges, he is still taking people's money.  With us he used the credentials of a different company "Coleman Construction, now Coleman Contractors" out of Sevierville, but he is not associated with this company in any way.  If you search his name on Facebook, you will find at least 2 posts with details from many of his victims.  Please do not give him money, unless the project has been completed to your satisfaction.

    samuel coleman provided purchase order for july 02 2024 to paint a gazebo and trellis he requested I pay him $550,00 than when the job was finished a balance of $550.00 upon completion of job. he has not showed up for work since july 05,2024. Has all kinds of excuses, he does call each day, says he will show up morning, than evening than the next day etc. I have asked for my money back, he agrees he was in over his head, so the payment will be forthcoming the next day after contact 07 08 2-24, however he never showed up, just called, each day since july 082024 with an excuse. it is now july 25 and I do not who to go to, to get my money back from this individual or his company..
