Business employees dropped weight pad legs for their boom operating trucks for work on a neighboring property without concern for damage to the property they placed vehicle on (my front yard). Without knowing, employees placed tonnage vehicle onto buried new (1-2 year old) metro water lines. Furthermore, neighboring property (my property) is filled with debris (10ft - 20ft branches) rather than being kept to the appropriate property. Being told this and asked to remove the vehicle, employee goes back to trimming tree and fails to acknowledge possible damage caused by their reckless approach in managing the business expected by a tree trimming company next to other properties. Any relevant financial issues that arise with water line will be forwarded to this business to their carelessness when completing their operations. Had to demand the removal twice before employee decided to finally comply as once again, a large tonnage vehicle needing weight pad legs placed into my front yard was never asked to be done. Employees decided to not worry about the debris in my yard until the end of all other items being put into mulching apparatus. Are companies simply allowed to drop their vehicles into someone's property whenever they decide to? No notice of action by employees on site nor permission to do so was given by owner (myself) to commit any assets onto our property for them to complete their work on our neighbors trees. Doubtful of any response from business as this company fits our local trend of being possibly gone in three months around the area unfortunately and changing their numbers and address. Trying to ensure others and their properties are not ruined back their lack of experience in using their equipment on residential property jobs in the future. Photos show debris strewn across my property and how they decided to place their vehicle on my property to service a neighbors. An explanation would be a good start and any future expenses tied to water line damage.
