      While shopping for flooring (carpet or wood flooring) in Floorworks in **********, I was browsing through the carpet section when I noticed the employee (who had not previously acknowledged my presence), staring at me. I spoke. He asked what I was looking for and then proceeded to tell me I would not find it in that area. When hearing what I needed, he showed me a few carpet boards from a back closet. He asked where I lived, which was near his store. He then referred me to Carpet Spectrum. I was shocked and dismayed to be treated so badly. The employee was rude, unhelpful, condescending, and dismissive. I would not recommend this store.
