1 starIve called Mighty Metal Roofing twice to fix my roof. First time *** called, got my information and said h*** call me back. After two weeks, I called back and spoke to a customer service representative who reassured me the problem will not happen again and advised me I would receive a call within 24 hours. That was THREE weeks ago. Ive since called another company which handled ******* within a week.Mighty Metal Roofing

My records indicate the request is located outside of our current service area and we are currently not able to service the area due to shortages and we do not have a MS ******** *** did explain to the customer that it was outside of our area. We can not control her dissatisfaction from not being licensed in her area.
