    I purchased 2 items online from Walker Auctions. The items were in new condition and in the original boxes. As I am not local I requested that Walker Auction NOT ship the items by just putting a label on the original boxes but to combine them in a single larger box to protect them and that I would pay extra for this service. Walker Auctions ignored my request and mailed them in their original boxes thereby diminishing their value as collectables and ruining the boxes.

    To make matters worse one of the items was broken by *** in transit and my delivery driver noted this on the delivery confirmation telling me to file a claim with *** which I did. I took pictures of the damage - submitted them to *** Claims and the claim was approved in 3-days. But since I am not the shipper of record *** could not pay me directly but would have to remit payment to Walker Auctions. I emailed Walker Auctions and *** also emailed Walker Auctions to send them payment so Walker Auctions could reimburse me. Walker Auctions did NOT respond to me and *** informed me they were not responded to either.

    After 2-weeks I contacted ********** and filed a chargeback claim. I uploaded all my documentation to ********** and they tried to contact Walker Auctions. As with me and ***, Walker Auctions did NOT reply to **********. So my money was refunded.

    In retaliation Walker Auctions posted FALSE negative feedback in ********* (which does not allow bidders to respond to) which other auctioneers use to deny a bidders registration. I have been a victim of Walker Auctions' false negative feedback. If any negative feedback is deserved it is on Walker Auctions.

    Walker Auctions is a terrible and unprofessional company to deal with and I urge anyone considering bidding on any of their auctions and requiring shipping to look at another auctioneer.
