    I cashed a live check with this company after paying off my previous loan with them. My first payment came due and I'm not able to pay it until the following week because of my car messing up I had to use my check to pay for it. I told them I would pay it on the 7th when I got my check. The lady then scolded me and said she was not able to wait till then and that they would come repossess my collateral from my previous loan if I didn't pay it in 4 days even though I don't have collateral on this loan. I'm not trying to skip out on my payment I have every intention on paying it I'm just not able to pay it in 4 days. The lady was very mean to me and I don't think it's right for them to be able to collect collateral when I don't have any on this loan. I cashed the live loan so I could be able to buy my kids clothes for school and food for them.

    This is in response to a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding case# XXXXXXXX and Service Loan Lebanon, Tn.

    The employees have been retrained on collection efforts along with customer service. The employees have been instructed to only discuss payment arrangements regarding your account if the account is past due.

    I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you as we wish to continue to do business with you in the future.
