      Shades were installed 5/23 and were paid for in full $13,000.00 the day of installation. I Have a problem with shades vibrating and making loud noises as they are raised. The company has been contacted three times and I have been told the installers would come and correct the problems with the shades all three times. No one has even called to set up a time to come.I just want them to work correctly

      I spoke with ******************* today to make sure the repair to his screens had been completed.  They were and he said they loved the screens and they were now working great.  Further, they may sell this home and when they buy another they were going to use our company to install the motorized units on the new home.  Mickey *************

      I signed a contract with Palm Beach Enclosures in April 2020 for the installation of an Eze Breeze window system to enclose an existing screen porch. On October 29, 2020, the subcontractor, ******, performed the installation while I was not at home. On October 30, 2020, I contacted the salesman, *************************, to express some concerns about the porch enclosure project and request that he meet me at my house. We met at my house on November 3. At this time, I expressed my disappointment that they had sold me "Eze Breeze" but installed an entirely different product, "*********************." I also expressed my disappointment that ****** had installed damaged products. ****** claimed ignorance regarding the brand confusion and insisted they had actually installed a "superior product" over what the contract stipulated. He did, however, agree to replace the damaged components. I reluctantly accepted his explanation regarding the brand because I really wanted to trust him. By February 24, 2021, I had not heard back from ******, so I contacted him and learned that he had ordered the replacement units for the damaged components. I also advised him of a warranty issue at that time, and he assured me it would be handled. This story continues off and on until this day. Palm Beach Enclosures never completed the work. They baited and switched me on brands. They installed defective products. They have acknowledged all of my complaints with assurances to make things right, but they have done nothing but make empty promises since October 2020. I have most text exchanges and emails captured that corroborate all of my complaints. I really liked and trusted the salesman, ******. I held off on filing a formal complaint because I really believed he and the company would make things right. On November 2, 2022, I sent one last text (not captured in attached) to ****** asking for a resolution. He didn't reply, so I'm left with no choice but file this complaint with the BBB.

      During the years 2020 and 2021, the Covid virus was a major problem with workers and supplies available with our manufacturers. Due to these manufacturing issues, the Eze Breeze system was not available in a timely manner.   Our estimator ************************* discussed with **************** about using the *********************. Assuring the customer that the window film and aluminum extrusions were all sourced from the same suppliers.  Same warranty terms. Only the window track design differs in look and functionality. **************** stated, I reluctantly accepted his explanation regarding the brand because I really wanted to trust him.   **************** came by the office in late fall of 2022 and said he wanted to pay the balance on the job and for Palm Beach to complete the warranty work. 

      The damaged products were sent directly from the manufacturer, and when opened on the job site, some of the mounting flanges were bent, a screen was damaged, and one window film had pulled out/or was cut torn during manufacturing or installation.  Due to supply chain constraints, Palm Beach had waited nearly 4 months to get the product in, so the product was installed while follow-up warranty inquiries and replacement parts were requested and delayed.  Our construction manager finished last week replacing the entire window frames and transom. As of this date, there is a balance owed on Mr. ******* account, and to our knowledge, the work is completed in its entirety.   *************************** JD
