5 starsJake was truly a blessing i was having issues with city property Violations. I believe by faith we got connected last minute. Jake was able to get me out of a stressful situation . Jake Was very professional but also personable at same time. Jake was very responsive and kept every date and time that was scheduled to meet or a deadline. Jake was also very Reasonable on price on things i needed to get me a favorable outcome on the very stressful time limited situation. I will be getting with Jake again to help finish out some things and will be leaving another review once that is completed. Jake and his team did a number of projects at my home including kitchen remodel, 3 bathroom remodels, exterior brick repair, and vinyl wrap on eaves and soffits and various other things. They were respectful of my home, professional in demeanor, and very knowledgeable with Jake overseeing the progress of projects and being responsive to my texts anytime I had questions/concerns. I am a pretty detailed person and if I asked for something to be tweaked or re-done, Jake never made me feel that I was an annoyance or asking for something unreasonable. His answers were always prompt with something like "Yes, ma'am!" or "Will do!" He truly cares that the customer is happy and their vision is achieved. Plus, Jake is very good with design and coordinating colors and style according to the space and the overall look that is wanted. He is a veteran, strong Christian, and probably the hardest working contractor, I've ever met. You don't have to worry that he's going to leave the job half done or cut corners when you're not looking. I can't recommend him enough and he'll be the first person I call for my next project!

We had a kitchen renovation done in a 40+ year home which understandably came with a few surprises. Jake and his professionals tackled my project as if it were their own home. The work was expediant and beautifully done. I couldn't be happier.Homeshield, LLC

I have hired Jake for a few very different jobs ranging from staining a fence, to putting down trex on an existing deck, to fixing a water leak. Great experiences across the board. 1. He knows his stuff. A LOT of thought goes into the options and the BEST way to do something. 2. Attention to detail. Something a lot lack, he has more than enough to make up for it. He cares, it shows. 3. Responsive & Communicative. Never had to worry if they were coming, when they were coming, what the plan was, etc. He always was proactive with that to me daily. 4. Follow up. Across 4 jobs so far, I had one minor issue a month later on one job that needed his attention. When I reached out, he called me back within the hour and was out to fix it within 2 days. Issues happen, how someone stands behind their work is what matters most to me. *UPDATE* I had him back out to fix a SMALL issue with a few step treads that were lifting due to some damaged wood in the stringers. In the process, he found a larger issue with the original stringers from the prior deck build (he did not install these). At his own expense, he decided to replace them all for quality, appearance and safety. Above and beyond, and a great example of why I hire him even if he is not the "lowest bid".Homeshield, LLC

We started working with this company in the middle of a renovation after a bad experience with another contractor. Jake and his team did more in six weeks than the other did in 10 months. He was available any time unexpected issues came up and handled them for us. Our 130 year old house presented special challenges they were able to aesthetically and practically meet those challenges.
