      This company started out underestimating my mother’s home (and rental on same property) issue, rotted fascia. At 17k. Then when scope increased (to 30k) due to more rot found, did they call in a true expert to evaluate the source of the rot? The roof! Nope, they assured my 90-year-old mom that all was well. Two years later, the rot reappeared, because, of course it did. The source was never the wood, but the roof flashing. Discovered by independent inspection, and not beyond the scope of Rackley to have seen themselves. But when confronted, Rackley only offered to caulk the flashing gaps (to repeat every few years) for even more $$! At no point did they just say, replace the roofs. After 30k, mom’s roofs remain unfixed…by a roofing company. And Rackley conveniently ran out the clock on any legal response from a woman on a fixed budget. This is who you’re dealing with.

      Do not call this company. Charged almost $900 to replace 3 shingles. Told on the phone the price per hour and that it’d take less than an hour for 3 shingles, I was charged for over 7 man hours. They never called or contacted me to discuss more hours and the price going way up.
