      We purchased a new 24 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel RV from Blue Compass RV dealership on March 8, 2024. There was a large, scratch on the front cap of the camper at the time of purchase. We were told to return the ** to the dealership the following week and they would have a body shop make the repairs. In the meantime they suggested we camp in it over the weekend and then let them know if we found any other issues that may need to be repaired under the warranty.We returned the camper on March 13, 2024 and left it at the dealership. We received a call on March 20 that the unit had been returned and the repair had been completed. The Blue Compass dealership kept the camper to make other warranty repairs. We picked up the camper on April 15, 2024. Upon entering the camper, we discovered extensive damages to the interior. Broken dishes were scattered all over the floor and into the sink. The microwave oven was open and the large glass turntable was on the opposite side of the camper. Some of the damages included scratched solid countertops, scratched dishwasher door, scratched sink, scratches and dents to the oven door, and similar damages to kitchen drawers. It appeared that the camper had been violently slung around during the time in their possession.The manager at the Blue Compass RV dealership, felt that it most likely occurred during the transportation (by a third party) of the fifth wheel from their dealership to the body shop and back. We have been in discussions with the dealership for nearly a year now while they have deferred and delayed a response into how this was going to be handled. On March 1, 2025 the dealership manager finally came out and said that they were not going to do anything about the damages. He said he had to his regional manager, and was told that Blue Compass would not facilitate any type of repair for those interior damages.The only resolution we see to our situation is to return our camper to its original condition.

      A deposit was made on a new camper that the dealer failed to deliver. We were offered a refund since they couldnt deliver the unit we ordered. They also FORGED my name on at least two documents that I seen. We have spent over two weeks asking the dealer and the store manager to refund our deposit. They repeatedly have given us the run around but promised to refund the money. All we have been met with excuses as to why they havent been able to process the refund yet. Forgery is an issue in and of itself. I have attached the order below. For proof of the money deposited.

      On May 06, 2023 I took my 2018 camper into Dunlap at ************* ** for an overhaul, complete check & installation of a patio door, a faucet and solar panels. Our 5th wheel had sat for 5 years basically due to an illness. We were planning to retire in ******* so the unit needed to receive an inspection and detailing inside and out. When we dropped off our unit we requested the inspection, the installation of the solar panel system, replacing the batteries, checking the roof(sealant), installation of patio door, installation of pre purchased faucet, checking of Wi-Fi, ventilation (due to some silver insulation blowing out of vents) as well as the cleaning (detailing) both inside of the unit & outside. Approximately on May 26th we received a callback from Dunlap telling us the unit done and ready for pick up. We verified that all jobs were completed & all that had been completed was the cleaning. They stated permission wasnt given to proceed with anything else. Both I and my wife told them that they were mistaken and they were told 2 times prior the list of things we wished to be completed. They apologized & stated that they would start on these right away. On June 23rd we went pick up our unit. We had made an appointment to get the unit & install a hitch in my new truck. The outside was dirty, which was blamed on the gravel lot. However the gravel lot didnt make the roof dingy & black. Keep in mind they claimed to have resealed the roof. After waiting 8 hrs because we only drove my truck, they told us the wrong part had been ordered for the hitch. We were to return the next day to finish. It was ready & we paid $15,000+ for the services. Since moving 2weeks after, we have found that the batteries arent keeping charge, the solar panels only work the lights/slide outs but were told they do more. The faucet was 1/2 installed and leaks for water wasnt checked (a part of the 50 pt chk) patio door leaks. We basically paid $4500+ for services we didnt receive.

      I am unclear of why it says Dunlap of Nashville. If it was an error on my part (completed on my phone) or if the Dunlap of Nashville is the parent company. 

      we further need to add that as apart of the 50 pt inspection the water and plumbing was to be checked. We even requested the water/plumbing to be checked when dropping off the unit. They said well take care of it.  Since arriving in ******* and using our unit, we have had a massive leak under our unit that was quite costly and required a special replacement part from the manufacturer; as well as with the original all in one washer and dryer installed by them in 2018. I am aware that most would consider use possibly causing some issues however we didnt use it at all until arriving here and the all in one was leaking profusely from the machine drum. Essentially sold and installed a faulty machine.

      We bought a brand new class c camper at $100,000. We have taken it back several times for faulty equipment. Equipment that has never worked since day one. Weve been given every excuse in the world as to what the problem is to why they cant fix the issues. They are rude & hateful. Theyve put us off & argued for so long now the warranty has just expired on 5/20/23. They have never fixed anything but have kept the camper for weeks at a time on 3 different occasions.

      I expect safety and honesty. I was sold camper in brake failure. Lucky didnt wreck. RV ********* repairs close to 1000$. Had *************** through mtns. Thats not good practice.
