    I bought a 2013 Chevy impala on March 14, 2023. I was charged $8600 for the car with 10% interest. I put $1000 down on the car with payments at $100 a week. After buying the car, I had to replace the battery the day I got it. Two days after buying it, the radiator went out in it. It's been wrecked and the drivers side fender and door have been replaced. They spray painted the fender and door and there was red spray over into the engine compartment and other places. The fender slipped and I went to open the door and it bent the fender in they "replaced". I have had it in the shop 2 other times as well. First was to replace the sway bar and tie rod ends and alignment because it chewed up brand new tires in a month. Second was for water pump, belt and radiator hose. I fell behind on payments because these 2 repairs were 2 weeks apart. I told the lot about all of the trouble I was having, had a talk with them about catching up the payments and putting me in something else. They agreed, just to come repo it a few days later. They want $930 to get it back. The car still needs brakes, rotors, gas cap, transmission pressure sensor, and messages keep displaying to service the trackbar, abs, brake assist, and traction control. Did I mention I can't drive the car in the rain because it tries to fishtail on me? I highly recommend to stay away from this car lot. Kelly blue blood value is $4500 on the high end. It has 190,000k miles as well. Overpriced junk. Rude people to deal with. Liars and scam artists. Poor experience all around.
