    If I could leave less than a 1 star I would do that with a minus as well. Dropped my truck off to be worked on seven days ago. I have called every single day to get an update with no response. Each time I call I am on hold for 20 minutes then have to leave a message. I have left multiple messages with the service department and Managers still no response. Think I’m making this up? Try calling and asking for the service department! The only one that is willing to help and seems to care is the receptionist Karen. I would give her a five star plus. The rest of them worst service ever!!!!!!!!!! I left this review at 4 o’clock EST on 3/28/24 after I left yet another message for the service Manager. I was told that Jason Service Manager would return my call. Here it is now 7:00 o’clock and the store is now closed no call once again! I will continue updating this review daily until. They have completed whatever repairs are necessary. This is a warranty repair and I’m sure I’ll get a response at some point from them saying something like we are sorry this happened. We would like to make it right and to call the 1800 number so they can discuss this off the review. Or we were waiting on your warranty company to respond, but they were dragging there feet or whatever they come up with. So when you see that response come in just remember in the meantime, they have not returned my call so who’s feet is dragging!!!. In the meantime my car rental of ******* per day totally ******* so far keeps adding up!! And by time they open tomorrow another ******* will be waisted on another days rental bringing it to a ********* in total. Leads me to wonder who pays which bill!?

    in january 2023 i took my FORD F-150 SVT RAPTOR 6.2 for a service on the engine, transmission and front+rear differentials, the hood was not locked down and the air filter housing not sealed, after 3000 miles my truck cut out on me and it was towed to this dealership, they could not find anything wrong, my wife drove it home and it bearly made it the last 500 yards. the transmission appeared to be not working as designed. i called the dealership and they could not see it for months, i called another dealership and they could not see it for months so i found another company and when they looked at they discovered that it had been chemically flushed, the wrong oil and 3 quarts too much. An offer to fix the transmission at our expense of $7400 less a $1500 deduction was made we declined, we have never been able to make contact with the dealership owner or manager. They - the service dept very rarely return calls, this has been serviced its entire life at the correct intervals and never had an issue until this dealer started working on it. If you look in the owners manual for this truck on page 461 it clearly states that you do not chemically flush this transmission as, many dealers and mechanics have told me the chemical flush will destroy the seals etc, the specified oil is to be used - MERCON the correct quantity put in - not 6 pints too much. I would not let this DEALER PUT AIR IN MY TIRES LET ALONE SERVICE EITHER OF MY FORD'S. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE YOUR FORD SERVICED HERE AS THEY WILL CREATE WORK BY POOR SERVICING
