      Our tech *** was kind, happy and professional... Explained things that we had not been familiar with updated all of our equipment and went as far as to mark our tank with full and add lines for our salt.So that we did not make an error...       We had a water softener and K5 RO Filtration system installed last week. The installation was quick and easy. ***** *** **** did an excellent job! They took care of everything in about 2 1/2 hours after I showed them where in the crawl space to place it, where the waterline came in and where we wanted the drinking water faucet installed. Both were very professional and thorough. During our bid process **** was great about explaining things and getting back to us with answers and options as we explored 3 other suppliers. So far, everything is working as promised/expected. Thanks for a great job!

      I rarely find a company that I feel comfortable leaving a 5 star review for. In all honesty they worked very hard to earn every star.
      Our water was completely undrinkable. It was also very possibly starting to lead to health issues for not only my wife and I but also our dog. I filled out the online request to have someone call me* ******** called me within two hours and we set an appointment. Before our appointment I received a text with the picture and short background of the employee coming to the house. **** arrived on time in a nice clean vehicle and introduced himself. Throughout the visit he was professional, and answered all of our questions completely. He showed us many options of the systems they had. **** also tested our water and showed us our currently water company’s “grade” as far as the water meeting federal standards.
      This morning promptly on time, ***** *** ***** showed up to do our install. This crew was amazing. They were very polite and even took a minute to introduce themselves to our large guard dog. They had the installation completed in no time. They even went behind themselves cleaning up even the smallest of things. Both of them answered any additional questions we had and were very knowledgeable.
      As soon as they left I grabbed a glass and tested the water. Before this I couldn’t drink the water because it smelled and tasted very strongly of chemicals. I saw my wife actually hold her breath a bit. The water that comes out of our faucet now is GREAT. There is no taste or smell. It’s absolutely amazing.
      From the very first conversation with this company to the final install I have had nothing but 100% complete satisfaction.
