      We’ve been customers for 8 years and can’t say enough great things about this company. We have their soft water system, chlorine filter, and RO system, and just decided to upgrade the chlorine filtering system to their tank system which filters out every bit of chlorine. What a HUGE difference! We have absolutely NO CHLORINE now! The Service Manager, Pete, helped guide us in making this decision after I suddenly started experiencing rashes and often smelling chlorine the last several months, most likely because our water company has increased the amount of chlorine added to our water. (Just an educated guess!!) Josh, our installer, and his assistant were friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job well done! AND they patiently answered ALL my questions and concerns. Thank you Aqua Clear! PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!

      Their customer service is excellent. They are very accommodating to any questions about any of their products. They are also knowledgeable about all of there different water systems that they offer.Overall I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

      Great company, and great service. I've had Kinetic Water products for many years at three different homes, and have never had any issues with either the soft water system or the RO system.

      If you are on well water, you MUST have Aqua Clear Water Systems as your go-to folks for installation, maintenance and emergencies. During the last cold snap we had a small leak in the house at the softener, even though we had faucets dribbling. Even on a weekend, Chris the service mgr gave us instructions on how to put our system in bypass until they could get out. When Anthony came by, he was quick and efficient in fixing the issue and also gave our system a thorough going over. Did you know that they take pictures of each home owner’s individual systems so that if there is a problem they can talk you through it on the phone until they arrive?? Genius!! We’ve been happy customers for 7 years! Thank you ACWS for everything…..including your fun “hold” music….???????? Ohhh! I almost forgot to post that they also send text confirmations to let you know exactly when your technician will be arriving and who it is, so a stranger isn’t showing up at your house!! 5 stars all the way!

      My service provider Rob ******* was one of the finest I have encountered. A genuinely caring person who patiently answered my many questions and concerns in an honest and conscientious manner. You have a gem in this young man.

      Excellent company! Nick ****** could not have been more knowledgeable and skilled in maintaining our whole-house water softener and our under-the-sink reverse osmosis system. The company was diligent in communicating with me as to the date of service and when Nick would be arriving. There was nothing to clean up after he left. Very pleased.!

      Your representative was punctual, called ahead, and was very respectful while here. He clearly explained what he would do--and did do--to rectify our problem.
      Unfortunately the trip charge and the labor charge together were rather high, but at least our water system is back to normal.
