      We just had Rob Tunnell from Aqua Clear come to fix a problem we were having with our air unit. He was so very nice and helpful. The problem ended up being an extension cord we were using. Not the unit. Thank you Rob for not making us ‘old couple’ feel foolish. Great job!

      The tech come and sold my wife a new softener and RO system. I only wanted my units serviced. She bought all his blather. Now I’m out nearly 6 grand.
      Now I’m stuck with they’re inferior equipment, with no recourse.

      Nick was very courteous and helpful. He explained a lot about the system we did not know. He made sure to clean up after himself and leave no mess. Would love him to come back every time.

      Anthony ******** was our technician today for annual maintenance and we could not be more pleased!! In fact we would like to formally request him for all future service calls, as he was very knowelgable and took the time to explain our system and other products provided through Aqua Clear.

      It was great having Billy ******* come to my home recently. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and so patient with my curiosity and many questions. He detected a problem with the function of my water softener that I was unaware of ~ and fixed it after taking steps to determine what wasn’t causing the issue. He explained everything he was doing so I’d understand what was happening with my system. I appreciate the professionalism of Aqua Clear and its staff, especially how they treat their customers with loyalty and respect. Thank you & well done!

      Aqua Clear water is a great company. We have been customers for years. The consistency of their service is tried and true. They care about customers and have professional technicians like Chris. The service was stellar today. Chris is knowledgeable and polite. He was very respectful of our house and that carries a lot of weight. When you care about the water for your family / pets you can TRUST Aqua Clear and all their employees (like Chris and Don).
