      Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Great product. They did an excellent job at the sales end, installation and follow-up visit with water test.
      (They are expensive).

      Every interaction with the employees at Aqua Clear Water Systems has been great. From the first appointment when Rob came out to test our water and the options we had for our well water, we felt that we were given all of the information to make the best decision for our family. Justin and Chance came for the first install but saw that we had galvanized pipes in our older home and took the time to explain what that meant. When we decided to have the pipes changed out for our safety with the water quality, Justin, Chance, Jason and Aaron came out to install the new plumbing, water heater and filtration system. All 4 installers were so kind and included us on decisions when troubleshooting was needed. They would each take time to answer questions that we had and explain why on some things. We could tell they were experienced and had the knowledge to trust what they were telling us. They really went above and beyond by even staying late to get the pipes changed out. I have also had the pleasure of talking to April at the office who was very understanding when I explained why I was running 5 minutes late to my house to meet the installers. She made me feel comfortable and not guilty on things I could not control that made me late. I will recommend Aqua Clear Water Systems to everyone I know! We are so thankful that they were recommended to us because now we feel confident that the water from our well is safe for our children to drink!

      Colton ***** was so professional and knowledgeable when he serviced my system and he found the problem very quickly. It was an easy fix and he was happy for me that nothing major needed a repair. I was very happy too!! Thank you Colton.

      This review is on our installer - Jason. He showed up on time. He was meticulous in his work. All the equipment and plumbing lines were installed level or plumb. The system looks “professionally” installed by an expert! He cleaned up as he went along and left with everything neat and tidy. In addition, Jason is a very pleasant person who genuinely worked to ensure our satisfaction. Mission accomplished!
