    To Whom It May Concern,
    For two years, I have asked you to stop sending your catalog. After my first contact, one of your employees told me I might receive one or two more catalogs. I believed that person. Two catalogs have turned into two years of catalogs and two years of requests to stop sending by phone, the catalog stop sending form on your website , and mail.
    In the last two years, I have contacted over 25 businesses, all of which stopped sending their catalogs. None were catholic.
    You are supposedly a catholic company. In name, yes. Otherwise, in my estimation, your company should never use the word catholic.
    I have put up with your lie (the first employee said I would receive it one or two more times). For two years, I have recycled your catalogs. I have reached the point of utter frustration and anger. That you would do this to an 80-year-old man is anything but Christian. It is unconscionable. What shows a lack of courtesy is that no one contacted me after the first employee to explain why the catalogs were not stopped and why my requests were not honored.
    I wonder what a non-catholic would write. It would be far worse than this letter and much nastier.
    So, this is the last contact you will receive from me. I can no longer accept your refusal of an honest request to end the catalogs. You leave me with no recourse but to contact the Better Business Bureau in your area, and I will lodge a complaint. It says on their website that they will follow up. I am only doing this because I don’t want another person to go through what I have gone through these last two years, especially the first year when I was in mourning.
    What a sad state-of-affairs when a supposedly catholic company turns down multiple requests (two years’ worth) to stop sending a catalog. Shameful.

    About 6 years I made a purchase with this company and I never requested there catalog to be sent to me. I have called them almost every time they send me a catalog to me. To take me out of there data base. Because I don't worship the catholic religion at. All that is in this catalog is a bunch of stuff that belongs in a church. I don't believe in there church practices and not catholic faith do not believe in there religion at all. They still insist on mailing this catalog to me. I tear it up every time it is sent to me. I have been trying to get this catalog out of my name and address for over two years now.
