      I recently was trying to trade in my 2008 GMC Acadia and was pretty much peer pressured and lied to to get me to not only keep my old vehicle but purchase a new one because I couldnt be without a vehicle that worked. I was promised my old vehicle would be fixed and to this day after them having it since March and me taking it back three times for a new engine and paying out my own pocket $3,000 it still is having issues! They obviously do not check the vehicle to make sure it is working properly before telling you it is complete! Also they now have my new Acadia I purchased in March because it is having transmission issues and NOBODY is offering a solution to me being without BOTH vehicles and has not even offered me a different vehicle to drive while the vehicle issues are resolved! This is causing me to miss work which I simply cannot afford!

      All efforts were made to assist ************** with both of her vehicles. She no longer has any units in our service department due to the fact that both were fixed to her satisfaction and she was also given discounts for any delays.

      I still have a vehicle that was not properly fixed and still has an engine light on but I refuse to let them do any more work on my vehicle due to it still not being fixed after 3 attempts and having such an issue when I had to pick up my newer vehicle after getting the transmission replaced and them telling me it needed a new battery also before I could pick it up , not to mention when asked they refused to go outside to look to see what battery was needed for the car because that requires them to go outside and look underneath the hood! Very unprofessional!

      I purchased a car in March from ******* and as soon as we drove off the lot the head gasket blew up, so we instantly turned around and brought it back. Told them we wanted to back out and they said we couldn't. So a week later, after I called days in a row about another one, they found me another vehicle. When I test drove it, it made a noise in the front end. I told the general manager l, *****************, about it and he told me that they had parts ordered for it. We drove it a couple days and then took it back up there so it could be fixed. They fixed the barren, put a new air compressor on it, and a front end alignment. The car was I'm the shop for a week. 16 days after we got the car back the air stopped working. We messaged ***** and he never responded back. A week ago today while I was taking my kids in to day care with the car running, it had turned off and wouldn't start back. When my fiance got there and looked at the car he then realized it was because the serpent belt had come off because the altanet braket had broke which the air compressor was connected to. There was only 2 of the 3 bolts there. ***************** told us that the braket was on nation wide back order and they would not give us a rental car. We were opted out of the loan by the dealership. We had put a $1000 down for the original car and ***************** said that he was not going to give us our $1000 back. I'm curious if there is any way we would be able to get it back so we can put a down payment on another car.
