We hired Hans Development Co to build our home in July of 2022 and paid him **** * **** * ******* *******. He promised us a good quality home better than some other local builders could do. **** told us the house was complete and we moved in August 17th 2023. Since that time I have spent several months fixing/repairing things that were not done right or prepped before painting. Every time I notify **** he either ignores me or has a lame excuse why it is the way it is. Most recently on 10/20/23 his electricians accidentally drilled thru the bathroom wall while putting in another switch on the wall as ***** builders put the bathroom door on that swings the wrong way according to the plans. On 11/6/23 I asked when will the wall be repaired. 11/9/23 drywall guy came to patch the damage, after no contact again of anybody coming to finish the job I reached out to **** on 11/20/23 and again on 12/3/23 which in the email I told him I bought the paint as it didn't seem like anyone was going to come paint the repair. I had paint left over so I painted some spots around the house that needed some touching up including the garage. Turns out everywhere I touched up matched perfectly except the garage. On 12/5/23 I emailed **** again asking what he plans to do about the garage not painted color we chose. **** wrote back saying the garage is garage and the painters prolly mixed several buckets together and sorry but there is no answer.
