    December 18, 2023, My wife and I had East TN Tree Service come to our home to remove many trees from our yard and our neighbor’s yard. They did a fantastic quick thorough job. The workers were exceptional professionals.

    There were some problems that the workers noticed and said they would send someone out to repair. A leak developed in the septic drain field of our neighbor whose yard most of the trees were removed. The fence between our yards was also damaged.

    Since the leak appeared in the septic drain along the tracks made by the Bobcat loader, it is implied that the damage was caused by the equipment. Someone from East TN Tree Service did come out with a machine to fix the leak. He dug around the septic tank, emptied the septic tank and replaced pipe coming from the septic tank. This worked for about a week, when the leak started again. He said he had found a pipe that was crushed by a rock along the path of the Bobcat.

    Since the company sent someone out and they did work on the septic system, would you please have them complete the job? The business has not tried to contact us and has not returned our recent calls.

    The same person measured the fence and said he would return to fix it with the proper equipment. We have not seen him since.

    We would like to pay for the services we have had. However, we also need the damage repaired, before we pay.

    Please, fix the damage to our fence and our neighbor’s septic system.

    We have had the septic tank issue taken care of.  We are also on top of getting the top post of the chain link fence fixed as well.  However, we are not a fencing company and we are at the mercy of the fencing company's schedule.  Our person will be going out tomorrow to look at the fence and hopefully get it repaired tomorrow as well, if not it will be the next day.  We would very much like to get the issue fixed and make sure that both the customer and the neighbor are completely satisficed and happy with our company.

    We will no longer be responding to any messages regarding this case.  It has been turned over to the insurance company.  It is in their hands and they will be handling this case from here on out.

    The insurance company is moving as though they do not want to deal with my neighbor. I am so disappointed at the lack of concern to have this issue resolved!
