    I ordered sneakers from this company and when it was out for delivery the I received an email stating that the courier could not deliver due to restricted access. I live in an apt complex where there is plenty of access and we have never had any issues with receiving packages from any place we order from. Packages are always left in hallway or outside front door with no issues. I reached out and was told the courier was contacted and they are waiting to hear back from them and that was 2 weeks ago. I have made several attempts to contact this company after that initial email and have not received any response, I even sent an email to their refund **** and still no answer. This company is a scam and I just want my money back because I have not heard a response or received the product. The product cost $79.95 i opted for installment payments so far I have paid $19.99 on 12-2-24 the next payment is ***** for $19.99, ***** for $19.99 and last 1-13-25 for $19.98
