First off the phone number the provide several but does not answer and cant leave message. Ive tried several times a day and still no answer. So my wife tried every 15 minutes eight hour period while off work one day still nothing. Yes I know they busy but not that busy for three weeks straight. I have sent multiple emails about my order for Florida date upcoming. My wife has sent, my brother sent as well everyday and still no response. With that said its not like I want to move heaven and earth. Its a simple two questions and no replies past three weeks. So if I dont hear from them by May 1st day before event Im not going to travel all that way and pay money for an event where the website says info coming soon. Its been that way since day one. Update site, info, respond to customers request question of they cant give me the respect then I will have no other choice but to dispute charges with be bank. My bank has even reached out and no response. They too say to them have until 5/1 or will find in my favor of no communication of paying for a product(tickets) where website and no communication leaves a doubt on this business not acting professionally. Yes website says no refunds but its a two way street Im paying please answer my questions to respond or your not carrying out as a professional business to answer questions your customer who is paying to ask that. Therefore no response no communication so why travel all that way not knowing whats going on to be blindsided etc. I refuse to do business that way. Respond emails and or answer phones and get someone to answer. What if it was an emergency think about it. So no response no money.Business Response

They have not been able to find any correspondence with your name or email address. We have been extremely busy with renewals from our Arizona show but have been making sure to keep up with questions about the Florida show. I have called that number every 15 minutes the other day I keep getting the machine voice response I have proof Ive sent emails i have had others as well sent emails and same thing my questions are not on website I do have order of tickets my daughter has been trying phone all day today as well again not answering phones so you need to pick up the phones or call us or give me another direct email plain and simple by bank has even tried to reach out as well buying a product and have a question is not unreasonable but if unable and answering is unprofessional if you cant handle the traffic or hire staff you shouldnt be doing that. If we dont hear back we will proceed with charge back at bank on Wednesday

I purchased 2 country thunder tickets to the one in ******* that was supposed to take place in October 2024. It ended up getting canceled due to hurricane. Everyone was told that refunds would be given within 30 days. Now we are at 60 days and we still havent gotten our refund. As far as I have seen on social media, a lot of people havent received their refund. Im looking for anyone that is going to do a class action lawsuit.Business Response

Country Thunder processed all refunds to our patrons by Dec 20 at 5pm. The funds were transferred to all financial institutions at that time. We were advised that the funds could take 7 to 10 business days to be recieved depending on the financial institution. We have directed all patrons to contact their financial institution and if they are still not seeing their refund, to call Country Thunder at **************. Thank you for your patience.

I bought tickets for a county concert (Country Thunder Kissimmee,Fl). The concert was canceled and have not received my money back (almost $1600 ish). I have called, emailed and was on their customer support site (live chat 7 times). Their website says 30 days for refund, well past the 30 days and still no refund!Business Response

Country Thunder is in the process of refunding all tickets from our cancelled show in October 2024. Because we are working with our cancellation insurance, we had to wait to get approval from them to release the funds. This process took longer than 30 days. We were advised to refund in batches, starting with the first orders that were processed and working forward. This process was started on Nov 19 and we are moving as quickly as we can to get through all of the orders. I see that your order was placed on May 12. Unfortunately, I can not tell you when the refund will be processed but know that it will be refunded as quickly as possible. My customer service team responded to your refund request email of Nov 18 that we were working on the refund process. At that time, we did not know that we would start refunding the next day. They also checked the live chat logs and do not see your number listed. If we did not respond, I apologize and will talk to the team about this issue. Purchase tickets for Country Thunder - ******* for October 18 and 19. On October 11 we were advised that the event was cancelled due to hurricane ****** and that we would have our refund within 30 days. Whether 30 days or 30 business days both have gone by. I still do not have my refund. Now they state they are refunding in batches with those that sold first being the first to get refunds. However, they are still on batch 1 of 7. Country Thunder is clearly in violation of Florida Statue ******* attached. Florida statue does not give them the right to refund in batches. It clearly states within 30 days of the scheduled event. I want my refund to my original form of payment now. $975 purchase was made on 9/25 and another purchase was made for $243.88 on 9/29. for a total of $1,219.40.Business Response

Country Thunder Music Festival in ******* was schedule to be from October 18 - 20. Unfortunately the event was cancelled following the devastation to the grounds by Hurricane ******. We received notice the event was cancelled on October 11, citing refunds and additional information to come within 30 days. I'd like to take a moment to emphasize that within 30 days and after 30 days mean very different things. Meanwhile, over 30 days later, still no communication, still no $324.50 refund. I reached out to support and they said "no, no, 30 business days" (which is almost 2 calendar months by their standards). In what universe has it taken **************************************************************************** the first place? It's also terrible form for the company to post and sell tickets for 2025 dates when we are still waiting. What type of bait and switch are they operating on, do they simply think we won't miss $324.50 because I know for me that is no small sum. In short, I am looking for my refund or to start a class action for the thousands of patrons still waiting for their rightful refunds that Country Thunder is wrongfully and maliciously withholding.Business Response

We are not withholding any funds and are in the process of refunding all ticket orders for our cancelled show in October. This process has been delayed as our insurance company was requesting additional documentation before they would allow refunds to begin. We have been advised to refund the orders in batches starting with the ones that were placed first. The refund process began on Nov ********************************************************* full. On Nov 18, Country Thunder sent out an email to all fans with orders about this process. This update was also posted on our website and social media pages. Our customer service team has been diligently answering all phone calls and emails since the show was cancelled and have documented any of these correspondences for reference. I waited an entire month before the process even start and a month after it started it is still not complete. Furthermore, they would not be making any communications of complaints had not be filed both here, with the attorney general and *********** I have proof that all correspondence from the company came directly after being reported and contacted by various authoritative outlets.I will not be satisfied until all patrons have been refunded from all purchase methods.

I have been a Country Thunder patron for over 25 years. This year we had made arrangements to have rights transferred to us from a friend that we've rented her spots for wire done time now and was outraged when they changed the terms of their agreement with their customers AFTER tickets were already purchased.Business Response

Transferring the right to renew an experience has never been a policy with Country Thunder and we have not changed our terms and conditions to reflect this. This practice was done by our customer service staff as a courtesy to patrons. Our ticketing platform changed and their agents were no longer able to process these transfers. In February we were advised of this, and we updated our webpages to reflect this change. Now a patron has the opportunity to renew their experience during our renewal period and transfer it to another patron if they choose. If they do not renew the experience, it is released to the public for sale. Unfortunately we can not make any exceptions to this. I've been going to CT USA in twin lakes WI since I was in my *0's, I'm now 44. My * teenage daughters wanted to go this year. They saved up for the show. Well, I was a complete wreck! This last weekend was a VERY different experience. Saturdays show was WAY over sold I'm told
By at least 10,000! An ucomfortable & UNSAFE amount of people to say the least. There was barely any security or staff to be found.(trust me, we looked for them because fights were breaking out left and right and a storm rolled in. We were terrified). NO ONE took our tickets as we were coming in (like cattle) this was upsetting, that's a first there was NO order at the gate. A kid was being ******* & ******* by * officers as we walked in so that set the night off. We had to park * fields away because the parking was FULL from over selling tickets, again, no order cars trying to push through people angry. Scary ! we were so far down Past campsites etc I was on the brink of tears. Even the people trying to work parking were apologetic. When we did finally make it in we were told to take cover because the storm and rolled in. There was no cover, so we stood hudled together in the rain. Everything closed so we could t get food or drink until ************* was coming on, he's why we were there so again😞 the whole night was chaos!
I was so stressed out I could r even enjoy myself and others were saying the same thing. Also I would highly recommend camping up ID checks and wristband checks when people are buying alcohol there were so many underage drunk kids no wristbands. And with the world the way it is today people should be checking bags and IDs those are simple things to try to ensure safety of all the patrons there.
I want a refund on this horrible experience

We appreciate your feedback - we are always looking to improve our festival experience. The crowd was large on Saturday, which required a few adjustments on our end, such as adding additional parking areas. We're sorry it was further from the festival than you expected!
All patrons are encouraged to get an Alcohol ID wristband in order to purchase at the bar. If a wristband is not received, our bartenders will ID prior to serving. Unfortunately, we needed to pause food and beverage as we evacuated the festival due to an oncoming storm. We encouraged fans to seek shelter in their vehicles.
