As of yesterday, September 24, 2024 this business has NOT completed All of the work agreed upon. Unfortunately, they have been paid and will Not return our calls/texts. This job was "sub par" and several "adjustments" needed to be made to accommodate the Lack of Skill that was displayed on a consistent basis. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the "worker" used white caulking on an area that had been discussed and agreed upon where white caulk was unacceptable. They used it anyway, painted over it and took their check IMMEADIATELY to the bank before the paint could dry!

I have received the mail-in complaint 10/10/24 from the ******* job. There complaints is unfounded. I completed all work that was agreed upon. We shook hands and parted ways when it was looked over and signed off by both Ebingers. The reason their complaint is so vague is because they know I documented the entire project and provided them with pictures throughout it.  The white caulk they are referring to was originally black caulk, surrounding the vanity, to match the black counter-top. I have provided proof, in the attached pictures, that the caulk was in-fact color changed to meet their preferences. I was willingly handed a signed check; which, I deposited well after I left the site. Later in the day I started receiving threatening voicemails, phone calls and messages, from ***** Ebingers husband that the caulk was still white. I explained that the caulk had been detail painted and needed time to set. The color (wall match) is a light color. As you can see from the attached images I took the pictures while the paint was still drying. The caulk was painted per customer request with no issues from me. I do not feel safe returning to their home. I completed the project, in a professional manner and did extra things they were not charged for because they were very nice people until I left. I did block their numbers because I felt threatened and it made me uneasy to continue to respond. I have saved all the pictures, from the project, in a ****** drive folder that I can produce a link to if needed. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to clear my name from these defaming accusations. I am a trusted member of the contracting community and care deeply, of taking care, of my customers needs. Thank you and God bless.

I was unsure if the files had properly attached. Also, in their complaint^ they acknowledged that the caulk was color changed and was still drying. I do not understand their current stance.
