    On March 5th 2024 I went to go get my oil changed and it was raining, so when I went to go get my oil changed. I went ahead and got my wipers changed as well because they were squeaking. After the service was provided and I left my drivers side window wiper just didnt work. I filed a complaint about the wiper not working. The resolution was to refund me for the wipers but after getting a quote on what the fix would be it is close to $300 to replace a wiper motor. I dont know the service was provided. A guy was training to other employees. So Im not sure if it was moved with so the motor quit but my wipers were working before I received my service

    I WENT INTO VALVOLINE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE ON APRIL 27,2023 AT AROUND 10:00-11:30, I WENT IN WITH MY SKID PLATE ON AND CAME OUT WITH IT HANDED TO ME (OFF). THEY STATED THAT WHOM EVER WAS DOING MY OIL CHANGE ON 4/27/23 STATED THAT HE COULD NOT PLACE MY SKID PLATE BACK ON DUE TO WHOM EVER DID MY OIL CHANGE LAST TIME DID NOT PROPERLY PUT IT ON AND THAT IT WAS DAMAGED AND ZIPP TIDE UP, AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED MY SKID PLATE BACK ON MY CAR, I HEARD HIM TELL THE OTHER WORKER WHY SHE WANT IT ON AFTER I HAD SAID I WANTED MY SKID PLATE BACK ON MY CAR, HE SAID HE COULDN'T AND GAVE ME MY SKID PLATE LIKE MY CAR WAS NOTHING... A SKID PLATE IS UP UNDER A CAR FOR A REASON AND THATS TO KEEP FROM DAMAGING MY ENGINE AND KEEP DEBRIS FROM FLYING IN THERE ...SO ALL ALONG EVERY TIME I WAS GETTING MY OIL CHANGE FROM THEM, THEY WHERE NOT PROPERLY PUTTING IT BACK ON AND JUST THAT DAY IT WASNT GOING BACK ON..
