I would not even give 1 star but i had to. I was told the tow would cost $385. When they were dropping the vehicle the price went to $641! I was never that I would be charged $7.00 per mile and fuel/parts to the tune of almost $60 just to be towed 10 miles from where truck broke down. They charged me $7 per mile coming and going!! They should have told me the price would go up from $385. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This place damage my front bumper while towing the car i have damage to my car that the tow truck did. They also tried to get a extra 200.00 out of me he was yelling at me. I beleive he was using some drugs because of his behavior on the side of the tow truck it said 75.00 tow fee he tried to get me out extra money. Beware of the company they dropped my truck off at their sister company **************** and i had damage from him towing my car out of garage that their is a clearance for. The vehicle was placed on dollies to allow for the clearance of the parking garage. The vehicle was photographed before the driver made any contact with the vehicle and bumper damage was recorded. The "Drop Fee" of $75.00 is to be paid before the vehicle is removed, once removed from the parking spot the full amount is due.
