They should tell you up front that the radio their installing screws all your functions on your steering wheel up, and they will no longer work. If they had told it up front, I would never have had their radio installed. I would have left mine as it was. Misleading as ****. Cried all the way home. Wish I had never called them to start with. And when he tells you bring cash, you get invoice!!Better think long and hard before you mess your vehicle up!

We here at Radioactive are very confused. The only button on your steering wheel that wont always function properly is the call button, which is replaced by a new button on your radio. This is nothing that we can control. Literally every feature, function and button should be exactly the same as it was before. If this is not the case, you should definitely call us at 8************Radioactive

Also, you saying to one of my techs that he reminds you of your ex husband and that he was a “dopehead” because of his degenerative dental disease was highly inappropriate, you shouldn’t tell people that you cry all the way home because of one button not working, but yet you treat others this way. I have it on video if you’d like to review it.Radioactive
