5 stars***** was a pleasure to work with on the complete renovation of my main floor which included 3 new bathrooms, a completely redesigned kitchen, a new office, an enlarged great room, and a large laundry room. He listened to my vision of how I wanted the house to function, and how I wanted to design it. I appreciate Kenny's integrity, responsiveness, and desire to make sure I was pleased with the progress. This was a significant renovation and Kenny's trades were professional, knowledgeable, and did quality work. I was so impressed with the work being done on the interior that I also hired Kenny to replace my roof, and remove the dog house style dormers and replace them with a modern, sleek shed dormer. The house turned out beautifully and I have received complements from all who see it. Kenny provided a quote upfront, and stuck to the quote. I greatly appreciated his honesty and the quality job he did on my home.Review fromLouise T

5 starsKenny has completed two projects for me, new roof for my house and new roof and storm damage repair for my detached garage. Kenny has done several projects for us over the past 14 years. He has built complete garage, decks, porches. Lots of work remodeling our church & business office. He has always completed work in a timely manner, shown up on time, & his quality of work has always far exceeded our expectations. His prices are very reasonable. Kenny is not just someone we hired to do work, he has become a great friend. We can't recommend him enough.

I have worked with Kenny ****** many times on many projects and will continue to use him. He does excellent work and is a joy to work with.

I would like to thank Kenny F. for the outstanding job he did on a new home that we had him to build for us. I was looking for a honest contractor who was punctual and had integrity. I immediately found those attributes to be true with Mr. French. I showed my house plans to Kenny and ask for a proposal. He had a proposal for me within three days. His price was fair and broken down in simple terms where I had no problem understanding it. Kenny started my house and stuck to the budget that was written. There was always good communication and as problems came up, he would always call and together we would go through the issue together. Kenny was helpful and assisted us with parts of the project that we didn't understand. I would definitely recommend Mr. ****** for a new home project or remodeling of an existing home.Ask This Old Carpenter

Kenny is a gem! My wife and I wanted a cabin in the mountains and we wanted to do some of the work ourselves. Kenny got us "dried in" and has continued to advise us along the way. He is an extremely knowledgeable contractor with decades of experience. He is all of the things you want in a contractor- honest, reliable, good communicator, etc. He shows up when he says he will and returns calls promptly. He also happens to be a really nice guy. Mr ****** & his crew were superior the entire length of our project. The price was fair, he and his crew were on time & above all, knew their stuff when it came to new construction. He provided a full service, start to finish project and was always a pleasure to work with throughout. He has a witty personality, fair & honest, but when it came to our new addition, he was all business. He has experience with all types of construction from ground up to renovations. Kenny ****** did an amazing job on my downstairs family room. We had a major flood to our ceiling , walls, lighting and flooring. He took care of the whole process! It was quick and smooth! We absolutely LOVE our new LVT flooring!!! 100% would recommend this contractor to anyone. He responds immediately to questions and quick to get me what I needed. I’ve learned he is also a home builder for anyone looking to build a home!Ask This Old Carpenter

Kenny ******, AKA, Old Carpenter, is great. He has done several jobs for me and his quality of work is excellent. His pricing is fair. He is my first call when things need to be done around my home. No job is to small or large for the Old Carpenter.
In my book he is A+
In addition, as a local insurance agent I have recommended him to several of my insureds all have been pleased with his work.
