    Don’t buy from this company. They lie, manipulate & scam! I purchased a preserved bridal bouquet & Wall hanging on 11/14/23 from Rainbow Roots Floral. I was quoted 7 months to be completed & it extended to 10 months. When I received my order, I was happy with it but after closer inspection, I realized she screwed me. The finaI project provided looked NOTHING like the layout photo she sent me for approval. Which is FRAUD! I trusted her with my precious & irreplaceable keepsake. The lack of empathy, communication & common courtesy is disgusting. I was treated like a nuisance. Instead of alleviating my concerns she would try & intimidate me into taking refund. How am I supposed to take a refund when she HAD MY FLOWERS!?! There would be gaps of time with no communication. Ignored Text messages.I spent over $957.03. When I reached out I was gas lighted, spoken to like I was inferior How was I supposed to take a refund when she had over $2,000 of my wedding florals?! My expensive greenery I assume was used in someone else’s project or tossed out. I reached out to her with questions & she blocked me on everything! I gave her thousands of dollars of my wedding florals & greenery & received less than a 1/4 back. She claims to be a nurse, but I don’t know any nurses that bully, lie & manipulate others. I feel so sorry for her former patients. In my opinion all the positive reviews she has are probably paid for. The work she claims is hers on their page are probably pic’s she stole from other pages or ETSY. The final project I received looks like the SHEIN or Temu version of the examples on their website. I've heard lots of negative feedback about their customer service, so I would suggest looking elsewhere. Like **** ****** ****** ******* She is Perfect & will go over & beyond to fix any issues.
