    I paid Gunny's to do an FBI background check as an IdentoGo affiliate, however, when the results were emailed to me, the filed was unable to download due to multiple errors including "file too large" and "Internal System Error" and "file name is too long". I attempted on multiple devices and on multiple internet platforms, taking screen shots of the errors. I have called every single number I can find for IdentoGo online, and they all keep me trapped in a cycle of the same automated message menu that never offers an option to speak to a human or tech support and does not offer an option for my problem. I paid $48.75 for this service, and I am unable to receive the results that I paid for.

    Gunnys Firearms and Indoor Range is a business which provides a service for IdentoGo by Idemia Identity Services inside of our store. We are a third party only. We provide the service, which means we only can see what the customer or IdentoGo has entered into the computer system. The customer is responsible for making sure their information is correct as we ask them the questions, and they are responsible for entering their own social security number in the keypad provided. This particular customer called our store screaming at my employee saying that my employee put her social security number in wrong and my employee told her that it was in fact her (the customer) that put the social security number in. She never once said anything about files being too large or anything of the sort. We were trying to explain to her that we are just a third party in the situation and all we do is the fingerprints and gave her the customer service number to IdentoGo and she continued yelling and finally hung up on my employee.
