    This company has some extreme communication issues. I hired them to stain my deck, but they got confused and stained my house a different color without proper prep. They didn't follow manufacturer guidelines for applying the stain (temperature, weather forecast, dry time, amount to apply) either and were incentivized to rush. When I became concerned after the way the job site was left and how the stain was applied and the continued confusion I refused to continue work until the owner could inspect the site so we could agree on how to fix the damage.
    After that they came back out, but the job was ultimately left unfinished. My house was still two different colors, parts of my deck were left unstained, and I still had many issues to fix on the house and new stain to buy. The owner never checked in, never sent a final bill, and never came out to inspect the final job after all the previous issues. I decided I didn't trust the company enough to finish and didn't have the energy to chase them down again so I just paid to get it done with and now I have much more money to spend and hours of work to finish it myself and fix the remaining damage. All the owner ever did was say the right things, but never do them, and throw his painters under the bus like it was all their fault. They were talented and trying and the painters and I were both just trying to get the job done, but the owner didn't seem to care and kept trying to pass it all off as a positive.
