    i rented a storage unit and paid for tenant property damage coverage. When i retrieved some of my property out of the unit there was water inside the unit. Due to the water in the unit 5 boxes of my deceased childs belongings were ruined. I contacted the manager and she said that there is nothing they can do because I didnt have the right type of lock on my unit. What does a lock have to do with there roof leaking and my proprty that was sitting on a table have to do with a lock. She showed no remorse no apology and told me that its not her problem.

    I went I. To assured storage north parkway jackson tn to pay my monthly storage fee only to be informed that there was a ***** increase. I never received any type of notice about an increase. I even pulled up my email account and showed the manager. I was refused corporate number to reach someone about this. The smallest storage unit is now 85.00 which I would not have kept as I have been paying *****. No one can tell me why I did not receive an email. I asked to have it reversed and I would clear the unit out today due to the increase that I was not aware of and was told the payment cannot he reversed. I do not feel like I am liable for an increase I was never informed of the price increase. Poor business strategy and tactics.

    The claimant states that they went to Assured Storage of Metro. We are Assured Storage Maryville a completely different and unrelated company to Assured Storage of Metro.  We are not even in the same town, let alone the same county. 

    This complaint does not apply to us and therefore should be immediately removed from our account.

    I called Maryville as this was listed as the home location for the company. I spoke with someone there who also stated they could not give me corporate number.  When you google assured storage corporate office, this one comes up.  As I am wanting corporate to reach out since no one can provide me their contact information. Also when I came to this site, the BBB had it listed as such.  So your corporate office needs to respond please.
