    I have heard nothing from McDonalds.  They have made no effort whatsoever to contact me or fix this issue, not before or after contacting the BBB.  They are clearly in the wrong, having charged extra for a product not delivered, and are trying to sweep it under the rug with no response.t letting it go. I PAID EXTRA and got nothing in return for it, so I'm going over their heads now to the corporate McDonalds and the Better Business Bureau. This trip to McDonalds was a total waste of my time and money, but the treatment, or lack thereof, from the local franchiser, ***** **********, is just a slap in the face to a frequent customer. The corporation needs to refuse to work with them anymore as they are smearing the company with their greed and poor treatment of customers. They are overcharging customers in and near Cleveland, TN with their prices as much as 30% higher than the nearby areas. If I'm going to be ripped off, I should at least get good food for it. PS they only fill the french fry boxes half full the majority of the time I have visited them for the last 5+ years. Anyways, my main gripe is that I PAID EXTRA and got nothing for it but ignored.

    Ms. ******* or to whom it may concern,

    We received the complaint from Mr. ****** ******* back in September through McDonald's corporation. We called him twice on September 28, 2023. Since his voice mail was full, we were unable to leave any messages. We emailed him to let him know that we were unable to reach out to him via phone calls. We sent email to ************************* on September 28, 2023 and the copy is attached.

    Our customer is the priority of our business. Since we were unable to talk to him, we like to offer him 2 Be Our Guest BOG cards for his satisfaction or we can mail him a $15 gift card. I cannot do a refund at the office. 

    Please let us know what the customer wants.
