  They are unprofessional and dishonest. That's above simply not doing their job correctly.They took over 3 months to file my taxes. When doing so, they failed to file the necessary extension which was discussed in our very first conversation. Once the taxes were filed, they incorrectly told me that I had fully paid my taxes. Further, they told me that I had actually overpaid.I later received a letter from the *** stating that I had a balance due (which was obviously the first I was hearing of this) and a penalty for not filing the extension. It then took ********************************************* another 3+ months to finally give me some guidance on the steps to finalize my taxes. All in all, it was almost 9 months from submitting my information to completing my taxes.The most glaring thing is the complete lack of communication on their end. There were MULTIPLE emails and phone calls that were simply unanswered. They finally (correctly) paid the penalty for not filing the extension. I paid the penalties for everything being late... despite it being a result of either their incorrect information or their "guidance" (they told me not to pay after the *** letter while they looked into it).The penalties I paid pale in comparison to the stress of not knowing what my next move was or even remotely how to prepare for it when I only knew I owed the government money.They'll chalk it up as a simple mistake that they made and that they paid (the bare minimum) for. I was ignored or pushed aside for months at a time while just looking for an answer, an update or assurance that it was simply getting worked on. At one point, when I finally got in touch with Mr. ********************** himself, I was literally told "I thought we had resolved this", proving that they had completely lost touch with my case. I paid them in August for doing my taxes and became nothing but an inconvenience when it came time to actually complete them over the next 4 months.
