    I called on February 10th & spoke with Jalen in regards to an account issue for my security deposit iao $450. I moved out 11/29/2024, they did not try to return the security deposit until 60+ days when legally in ********* the requirement is 30 days. I explained to Jalen & several occasions that the account the security deposit was sent was closed and that it needed to be mailed or sent to a different account. I also emailed ***** ******* 3 times explaining the issue. All three times she kept intiating my security deposit to go to the closed account after I clearly explained several times that account was closed and it needed to be sent a different way. It took me having to drive 30 mins out my way to go in the office & explain it again to understand. We are now 2 months out & the issue is still not resolved. All they say is they will call back in which they do not call back.

    I moved from the Bowery apartments In August of 2024 and I still have not received my rental deposit. I have reached out to this company many times and no one answers or return my messages.

    The company has not returned my security deposit. I provided a forwarding address and returned the apartment in good condition. The regional manager ***** told me I would get it back but hasnt not responded to any further communication nor has the property manager *********. Its been since June 2nd 2024.

    Finalize Move out was submitted 03/01/24. Landlord hasnt submitted deposit and refuses to answer inquiries.

    I applied with the Bowery apartment last month. Horrible communication, the manager (********* ******) dont want to do her job she didnt have the lights on through the company she wanted my lights to be on in order to clean the apartment and my move in date was On September 6 she cancelled my move in date the day before on September 5th the building looks like it was rotten, the unit they tried to move in was a patched up leak, they said they were going to urgently send my money back and still havent they inconvenienced me , still not a response for my money . I work hard for my money and I have to find another place to stay. Its really sad how they thought they can get over on me because its my first time renting it was horrible if only I can upload pictures I would

    I moved into the Bowery apartment 8/1/24 upon receiving my keys the apartment was half did. When I inspected the unit serveral things needed to be done the cabinets and the kitchen and both bathrooms have mold. They painted over the mold. My apartment stinks smells like mold. Instead of replacing the cabinets they painted over it. After 8/1/24 it took me 2 and half weeks to move into my unit. Those things were supposed to be corrected.

    The problem is I live at the bowery for a lil over a year and they bought ********************************* apartments and they also sent a notice in our portals that they would honor the contract i would have stayed someone kicked my door and pulled the mail box completely open so I decided I would leave well I cleaned and had everything don't to the apartment upon my leaving and now the Bowery apartments refuse to give me my deposit back. I have spoken to new managers they have ********* which is the property manager ****** the assistant property manager they are just a face and want give any information on the regional manager ************************* or *** they communicate by private phones and can't be reached how sad and I've gone multiple times I've even gone to sunshine corporation for help still no help it's bad business all around everything is in the portal I had to long into

    This is my deposit that is due and owed to me. My deposit should have been returned within 30 days. I moved out of my unit before my lease was up on July 1, 2023. I was owed my deposit of $680.00. ********* renters are supposed to be returned their deposit within 30 days.
