    The problem is the neighbor we have upstairs in that apartment for the longest time has had very suspicious behavior and nothing has been done about it. Always has the smell of marijuana. They have a lot of people that come and go all the time and several people have moved out of the possibility of them using an illegal government weapon that will harm you through heat and electrical waves. There is definitely something illegal going on, but the apartments dont seem to know about it obviously because Im pretty sure do things illegal like having marijuana and smoking illegal substances and having weapons that causes harm to people and causes in harm to people is a break of the lease agreement not to mention highly illegal, local police have been called and nothing seems to be getting done about it and more recently at the *** has been contacted about the weapon ********************** weapons (DEW) use concentrated electromagnetic energy to combat enemy forces and assets. These weapons include high energy lasers and other high power electromagneticssuch as millimeter wave and high power microwave weapons. My wife and I have been affected by this weapon and by all the marijuana smoke and so has our neighbor which is actually moving out because of all these problems. I dont know which apartment this is right off hand, but its directly above apartment number 105 in building number 4754 and this apartment has always been playing lots of loud music all the time.. we have experienced lots of pain problems and other discomfort to our bodies due to this weapon and constant headaches due to their marijuana. Use something needs to be done about it. I will be contacting the police and the *** again.

    ************** is not any our system.  He is either an unauthorized guest or a resident who stayed on property under previous ownership.  This property was sold in February 2020.  The apartment that ************** is speaking of is a 60 year old gentleman who leaves alone and has been here since 2019.  Once again ************** is nowhere in our system. We have no knowledge of any illegal activity that he is speaking of.  If there had been any illegal activity the office would have been given a report and the issue would have been addressed.

    I submitted an application online paying $280.00 for application and administrative fees. Once approved I was told to pay security deposit of $125.00 and renters insurance. I was told the move in amount for September rent was $1210 ($1158 rent balance ************************** fees). On 8/26/22 I walked through the apartment did not have a washer dryer as advertised on the site. I know other residents that currently live there and they had these appliances at move in as well. The leasing manager ********************* told me no even after I showed her their website that clearly states this. I called corporate ********************* asking for the same fair treatment as other residents they said they would call me back. Then I submitted a cashiers check for $1210.00 I was told to pay the extra pro rated balance and security deposit. I stated the security deposit was paid online as they requested that amount should be subtracted from the $1569.00 she told me no. I also asked to move on the 31st or 1st. She told me if I move on the 1st my rent would change to $1400 monthly. Please help resolve my issues and receive my security deposit as I did NOT move in.

    Attached you will find all payments submitted by ************************  She elected to go online through a third party to do the security deposit.  It was paid through Lease Protect.  Most residents elect lease protect program instead of paying the equal amount of rent to save money.  This is a non-refundable refund that was paid by ***************  Although she did not move in the apartment, as explained to her Lease Protect does not offer any type of refund.  This is a payment she submitted online to their website not through the apartment.  The payment information has been attached above that she authorized for lease protect to debit from her account.  She paid her application and administration fee directly to the apartment complex which is non refundable if you are approved and change your mind.  She stated that she changed her mind due to the apartments not having the washer and dryer in the apartment.  During her tour of the model apartment it was told to her that we no longer provide washers and dryers.  The day of ************** move in she did not have the correct amount of money to move in the unit and was told she would need to bring in the full balance before we could issue her keys.  She then stated she did not want to move in due there not being any washer and dryer in the apartment.

    I was told to pay through this 3rd party. I did NOT have another option. ***** protect stated the apartment has a form to send them for me to receive my refund as I DID NOT move in and I am due the security deposit back.

    As previously mentioned.  Lease protect is a third party company that collects their money.  It is a nonrefundable deposit once it is paid.  We will not be issuing her any refund regarding the third party company that we no longer use.
