      So this company still has its website OPEN for UNKNOWING customers to just PAY for something that they are NOT going to get on PURPOSE !!! WOWWWW...

      Very bad service. I purchased a motorcycle and been waiting a year for a title. When it came the title was not cor my motorcycle. Been trying to call and contact them no answer . Phone is disconnected and emails they dont respond to. I would not advise anyone to send their money at wholesale ATV. They are scammers.

      Order#***** Ive called and emailed ad nauseam with no response. Ordered for my sons dec 6th birthday on 11/23/22. It was in stock! No tracking, nothing. No word whatsoever. I finally get ahold of someone after Christmas and she said that they had located one for us and I would get email with tracking. Nothing. Time goes by goes by. I say call or email or Ill file a wellsfargo claim. Its 2/26/23!!! I suddenly dont even get an email, but when I click on Apple wallet purchases, it changes to shipped. But theres no tracking. Time goes by goes by. Of course email and call. Nothing. And THEN! The very first email get from them is saying your product seems to have been delivered tell us how we did? Wtf. I HAVE NO PRODUCT. Nothing was delivered!!!!!!I was robbed of my nearly 2k!!!!! How can this be fixed. Looks like I am going to have to file a fraud claim with **********. This has been the worst online buying experience of my life. Regrets. Major regrets.

      These people are hard to deal with. On August 22, 2022, I ordered and paid for a motor scooter from them which they advertised as in stock. The next day I received an email from them telling me the scooter was no longer available. Would I like to pick a different scooter. I picked a comparable scooter that was also listed "in stock". I have yet to receive anything. I called them several times and was told they would discuss with the manager and get back to me. I was never gotten back to. Now when I call their number I get a message to leave my phone number and email address so they can call me. I have left this information numerous times, but no one has called back. I would like to get reimbursed the full amount that I paid them last August and be done with them.

      I purchased this go kart for my son for Christmas it was supposed to be red. We had to pick up in our car from freight ourselves. Freight said they are sorry and will refund money. I have called everyday and emailed 4 times with pictures and proof from freight for refund. No compliance or discount has been offered and i continue to this day have a $1600 go-kart I'm my garage my that is just sitting there. The dash has a crack from the ignition all the way to steering. The battery is dead. Roll cage ******** tore. The carburetor leaks gas all over. No instructions on assembly at all. Looks like it's missing something for engine for gas line. I have no idea. Point is no one will call or email me to fix my situation.

      Dealing with this company has been one of the most difficult internet purchases I've ever done. Complete BS and run around. I still don't have the product I ordered and for all I know, I never will. If by chance I do receive it, I'll update this review with the condition at the time of arrival. I tried to pick it up at the run-down location in a depressed part of *******, **. I have opened a fraud case with my CC provider, so we'll see what happens there in time. If you're even considering doing business, please carefully read the terms of the transaction. I didn't try to purchase until they assured me that they had t in stock and a scheduled local pickup, because of the terms, thinking I was circumventing some of the problem areas presented by acknowledging the terms of the contract. What the h*** was I thinking. After driving several hours in each direction, it wasn't there to be picked up as promised, with no idea when it might come in. I have been notified that they have it now and it's on the way, but no tracking details were provided, nor is there any ETA. I would have to say, giving my experience, I would never do business with them ever again.
