  I had an accident on August 08, 24. I took my truck to Perfection on August 09, 24 for repairs. My truck was in the shop for two months. I would check on my truck weekly and each time I did no repairs was done. After my truck was in the shop for two months the front bumper was not align and Perfection refuse to correct their errors in repairing my truck bumper. I was told to pay them, get my truck from their shop and they are not going to do anything to correct the problems with the bumper being aligned. I took my truck back to Perfection, my truck sat in the shop for a week and nothing else was done to correct the problems. My headlight was not aim properly. I asked the Tech. had the headlight been aim correctly, he said yes and the headlight had'nt been aligned. Perfection Auto Refinish do not treat their customers with respect. Will not use their business NEVER AGAIN.

  I was scheduled to have an oil pan, was assured I needed valve cover gaskets. I told them that I had valve cover gaskets put on the vehicle last year, but after being told multiple times that they weren't installed correctly & that just putting the oil pan wouldn't fix the problem. My car was in the shop for 13 days vs the 2 days promised. When I went to pick up my car and drove off the lot, it started sounding like a lawn mower vs when I brought it in, you couldn't even hear it running. I called & was asked to bring car back. I took the car back, Mr.*** drove the car & came back & told me he didn't hear anything, I asked could he drive it with me inside & he repeated, drive with you as if I was speaking a foreign language. He left me sitting on the parking lot. Another man came out & asked what was going on. I told him, he said, I can't hear anything, but nobody test-drove the car with me. I trusted Mr.****, the owner because I looked at him as a Christian **** My car was returned to me in a worse condition, I now had a problem that didn't exist before they took it in. The owner looked at my car and said, what you can do is have somebody in the neighborhood do it for you for the low low and left me standing in the middle of the floor. The problem that they created had to be fixed by another auto shop that I had to again pay for. I think that Perfection specializes in auto body work better than mechanical work. I wish they would just be honest and say that they screwed UP!
