    On June 21 I took my Nissan rogue to the take care on *************** in *******, ********* for a routine oil change. As part of their routine process, they show you the air filter and ask you if you want it changed. This time the tech put the air filter back in backwards. For the last few weeks, the car was running really bad and cut off multiple times. 1 August I took the car to the ****** dealership to have it examined. It was determined because the filter was put on incorrectly. It allows dirt and debris to be sucked into the injection system. This ended up costing me over $500 for Repair. Take care refused to acknowledge or pay for any repairs. They claim their camera system would not allow them to review that date for services.

    Ms. ******************* you for providing the invoice. This is Shop #**** and is actually one of our franchise locations.     The regional manager, ***, contacted me a couple of weeks ago and told me he was going to be putting me a reimbursement check in the mail. Of course now he will not respond to my text or phone call. And I havent received anything.

    I went to Take 5 (Same location) on (2) different occasions. Each time spending over $100 for their services. My car started making a rattling noise. I checked my oil, and there was none. It was completely empty. Each time this happened, it was within a (3) week period. I have a private parking spot with my employer and a driveway at my residence. NO LEAKS came from my car!!! The first time I went back for an explanation, I was told, "we will just top it off???" at this time I was so angry, I wanted the problem fixed. The second time, no one could explain to me why this continues to happen when my car does NOT have any type of leaks??? There was NO EXPLANATION GIVEN!!- I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR BOTH TIMES!!
