      I hav a Reservation that I reserved in Advance with Conformation Number for a Pickup Truck Their Mgr Call me to Confirm a Day before I'm Expecting to leave by noon nex day get there No Truck or Any Cars Available They are Definitely Price Gouging Customers & giving to Customers for Higher Price than I Booked So I asked him how ate u going to Fix ****** was told it's Nothig!! He could Do So he Force me from Location with No Truck or Car Only he didn't Know tis was a Pattern of Business they hav been Conducting For Years ******************* Customers ************* hav to spend More Money Last Minute Esewhere I Hate Enterprise ************************ Ever

      If you plan on renting a car, do not rent from Enterprise in *********, **. You will regret it! They are the rudest & most unprofessional, disrespectful employees ever! They will come up with a million reasons to charge you extra charges against your credit card. I promise you will regret it if you don't choose a different company to rent a vehicle from. This company not only made up charges, they treated an elderly woman extremely disrespectful! They are the worst rental company ever! They were extremely receptive about the charges and the rental agreement. They didn't even give us the vehicle we had reserved!

      Today March17,2025 I received the worst customer service and I was discriminated against.I would like to file a complaint against this branch Mgr & one his employee at this location. It seems there are no checks & balances at this location & the branch manager acts like he is the company owner & no policies applies to him. I had been renting a vehicle with enterprise for a very long time but this branch has done something that's intolerable. First they overcharged me on my last week's reservation & when I receive an email from enterprise for a customer service survey, on which I reported that I was over charged & branch didn't honor the price that I was given by the online customer service **** price was listed on my contract and he would not allow any sort of dispute either. Branch Mgr calls me Tuesday last week said since you didn't put good survey for us, we are going to deny services to you. I said this is retaliation and discrimination. He then said no no it's not. Then he says I will talk to my Area Mgr and let you know. I waited 4 days but he never called me back & today I went to return the vehicle under previous ******************** a vehicle under new reservation number. I was done so wrong, he retaliated against ****** was denied services all together, even though I had a reservation number. Front desk lady first Yells at me then she says there ain't cars for you here. I said what abt Mgr, she said no mgr here, He on vacation. Then she goes in back, I could hear her yelling Abt me then she comes back & says you can go elsewhere. I said can you provide transportation? & move my reservation to another location? she no.I ain't gonna do nothing.I waited 1 hour at the location. Other enterprise employee started dealing with other customers. I kept waiting & Then I left due to no services provided to **** received Discrimination, ******************** of service for illegitimate reason.I called Online customer service they said you can book at another location

      I have a approved agreement with my insurance company for two weeks while my car is being repaired. They asked for a ****** deposit the first week and hit my credit card for another the second week. If the national insurance referred me to them and paying ALL my claim, Why are you charging me anything? It's an act of fraud by charging the customer and the Insurance companies. It's fraud and it's criminal!

      I've had nothing but good experiences with the ************ location the previous two times we've rented but I guess the third time wasn't the charm. I had reserved a minivan for our October trip to ******* at this location well in advance. Shortly before the trip, I checked the prices to see if they had dropped at all and I found a similar rental at the ********* location for almost 400 dollars less and with the extra day that we needed at the end. The ************ location said they would price match like they have before. Well, long story short, they did NOT price match even after they said they would AND after I had contacted their customer support via X. On top of that, they charged me for the toll road usage even though the tolls had been suspended due to Hurricane ******. All in all, they kept roughly $430 that I should have received back. That was almost the end of October and here we are in January with no contact.

      I have called them ***** times trying to get an accurate bill/correction. I was told that my charge card would not be charged until they straightened it out but that was not true. They gave me 3 different invoices with 3 different charges. I have tried to get reimbursed for 3 months. They keep telling me they will have the area manager/account services call me with NO RESPONSE. The employees are very nice until there is an issue. I also called the corporate office in *** and they said they would send my request to the ************ location because they would have to handle it. That was over a month ago. I have gone in there personally and will go in again today. I told them I was calling the BBB about their practices and they apparently didn't care because that was a month ago too.

      I am highly upset about what just happened with my reservation. I reserved a minivan and enterprise called me but I missed the call. They left me a voicemail just to confirm the reservation so I called them back but was never able to get anyone to answer. I was on my way to pick up the van and decided to give them a call and finally someone answered. They told me that since I did not confirm the reservation during the phone call that I missed they did not have any available. They pretty much overbooked the vans. I called ********* and ********* locations and no one had any vans available. I have used Enterprise for years and never had to confirm a reservation. I definitely have not had anyone to call me and basically cancel a reservation that I didnt confirm over the phone. I will NEVER use this location again. Didnt want to rate 1 star but had to in order to post the review.

      My insurance rented a car while mine was at the Audi dealership being repaired. The manager ******* called the cops and told them I stole a rental car. I pulled up to give the tow truck driver my keys for my Audi and when I pulled in the parking lot next door to meet someone for some Christmas presents a cop pulled up. ********* came to my car explaining that it was a miscommunication and apologized. ******* said my insurance didnt pay. I called my adjuster and ******* said he had a voicemail saying to end my rental. My insurance adjuster said no they will pay for my rental until my Audi was fixed. ******* apologized to me. I have the video and pictures on my phone. The woman I was meeting to get Christmas presents from was on the phone and screen recorded her phone as well and is a witness. She owns State Farm in ************. She kept asking why he would call the cops and not me. ******* said on my video on my phone that he had the wrong number. Its no way. I verified it on the email that enterprise sent me. My insurance company called to apologize after watching the video and said they cant speak for enterprise. When I returned my rental car I asked why he called the cops. He started yelling at me telling me he never called them. My lawyer has the copy of the dispatch call to the local police department where he called and told them I stole a car. He never apologized. He just denied the entire incident. I have the video on my phone as well as someone else who witnessed it. I also have pictures of the cop parking next to me. I was so embarrassed. I had people driving by me taking pictures asking why the cops where there. Embarrassing doesnt even describe how it felt. All ******* had to do was apologize but he just yelled. I will never use this company again.

      Deceptive reservations. They Dont have what you reserve. Very disappointing and deceptive
