I am rejecting this response because: Because the Business reply is FALSE and untruthful. They state I only contacted them once which is a lie. I called and spoke to ***** several times and I spoke to **** the Owner once on phone and twice in person. The business reply stated the pump locked up and wiring was bad they also name the company I used so how would they know any of this if I didn't speak to them but once. I went to their company and paid for a service for a brand-new pump so if it was not installed incorrectly why would it lock up which indicates their poor performance, faulty mechanical word, defected parts, Improper part replacement and terrible customer service. I never stopped payment the business was paid in full on 3/20/2024 which I have proof of my statement. I was refunded the amount due to lack of evidence the business could not produce from the dispute I filed after they did not return my calls or try to resolve the issue. The credit card company could only refund me what was paid to them therefore, Right Tire clearly ruined my car and should pay me back all of my money I am out of due to their error being corrected by another company. I only took my car to another shop based off information ***** told me that they did not put a new belt on my car, and I later found out from **** the owner and ******* Auto that a belt was indeed put on my car and installed wrong causing the belt to break while I was driving it back to the company for them to check my car. The power steering pump only had one bolt in it but, was supposed to have 3 bolts causing the pump to shift and break the belt. This was all done by Right Tire. I informed ***** of the loud noise and flat tire before I left their shop, and he was one who told me to drive it home like that and see if the noise would stop. I am not a mechanic that is why I paid them for a service. I would not have known ****** Auto is under Auto Zone and **** spoke to me while I was at the other shop as they were trying to explain to him the issue and he got very irritated. He never mentioned that the parts can go back to Auto Zone so how would I know this and I'm not a mechanic. The owner **** was not there when my car was serviced, and he is only going by here say from his employees. The guy peeked out the shop while I was at the counter paying and said "is that her" and "yelled loudly I'm not touching that car, I told yal I'm not touching that car anymore" for him to use those terms in my presence clearly indication they knew they messed up my car which was running great. This is what brought up the red flags to me their rude actions and I decided to pay with a credit card not cash. ***** knew all time my car was not serviced right when he called and said "Ms. ****** we have a problem, I think the part is defected from Auto Zone" they knew they made a huge error and never tried to correct it. Right Tire owe me all the money I paid out of due to their carelessness and poor performance. See attachments

I am asking for some resolution to get my money back because this caused major damage, stress and depression. I am very disappointed in the service I received, and Right Tire did not try to attempt to resolve this issue with me.Business Response

This customer stopped payment on the 700 dollars. So we never received any money for the repair. She took the car to ****** tire and auto repair. They are a Autozone repair shop just like us. They knew that the pump locked up and damaged wiring in car Instead of contacting Autozone to pay for repairs they charged her many dollars for repair. And took advantage of her. I was never given a chance to look or repair car. She only contacted us one time after problem occurred. After car was repaired I dont know if what was said or cost was a true repair.Business Response

The service manager at ****** tire called me after all the work was done. Thats how I knew what they had done to the car no one ever called me before all the work was done. All information was after fact. I didnt approve any of that repair and believe that they took advantage of the customer. She never paid for service. I was not given a chance to inspect car before repairs were done. Thats all I have to say about this caseBusiness Response

These are invoices of fees and additional cost I am trying get back from Right Tire Auto due to faulty parts, poor installation and poor customer service. I am asking for $5000 plus or the max for repairs, tows, Ubers and Car rental for services that I had to pay for after the company would not resolve the issue.Customer Answer

I would like to also add that this is the (2nd) second defective power sterling pump Right Tire put on my car. The owner is not explaining the first pump was put on my car on 3-17-2024 and it was defected, and they were given an opportunity to correct the problem them therefore, they had to keep my car overnight and they put a second pump on my car 3-18-2024 that was also defective. How is it possible to but 2 new pumps on a car and they both defective which is why ***** Auto had to replace the faulty pump. This is the 3rd power sterling pump on my car due to Right Tire defective parts, improper installation and poor work performance. They were given a chance to fix the problem twice, and it was not fixed.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The company was contacted by me several times I spoke to ***** and ****; the owner was contacted via letter by the credit card dispute department and also by **** at ***** Auto so he lying saying he did not hear from me of did not have a chance to resolve it. I spoke to ***** several times after I picked up my car on 3-18-2023. I also spoke to **** the owner on phone and in person so how was he not notified. I went to Right Tire on 3-23-2023 when all of this first started and I spoke to **** the owner after he did not return my call. He stated to me he will refund the belt fee once the work was completed. I told him then this was beyond just a belt. My car was towed to ****** Auto just for a diagnosis. It was then found I had a blown computer and broken belt my car was still at Steves shop, and nothing had been paid for. It was when the new belt was put on my car, they then test drove it and the belt broke therefore, another diagnosis had to be done to see why the belt had broken and that is when it was discovered the belt was shifting and power sterling pump is what was causing the problem. The pump was not bolted down it had only one bolt in it and it should have 3 bolts in it. This is what cause the problem to begin with that is when I called and tried to explain it to ****. He had ***** **** me back to advise me to have my car towed to Right Tire at my expense and if they did not find that was the problem I will have to pay additional fees or tow my car back at my own expense. I told them I was not giving them another dime because they put a defected part on my car not once but twice. They installed one pump on 3-17-2023 and it was defected, so they kept my car 24 hours and installed another pump on 3-18-2023. I was told the pump was checked and there were no issues when I picked my car up on 3-18-2023. My car broke down 3-21-2023 as I was heading back to Right Tire. I had no idea what had happened, and the owner would not call me back and ***** was giving me the run around. I only took my car to ***** Auto after I got no reply and to get my car checked. After it was discovered the power sterling pump was installed poorly is when I called ****, and he got loud and irate. I then ask **** from ***** Auto to call back while I was on speaker and **** stated he was not paying for any services. He never once mentioned any parts came from Auto Zone! I just heard of that in his reply.I was already out of a car over a month and a half now due to the poor performance and terrible customer service. I had no transportation, and I was not finned entrust Right Tire with any more parts after they installed not 1 but 2 power sterling pumps incorrectly. If they did not know what they were doing they should have asked me to get my car and avoid all this damage but, they tried to make a sale and destroyed my car and now lying about it. They knew very well the car was not completed on 3-18-2023 but let me drove it anyway. The owner never returned my calls after he advised me to let him know what the diagnosis was. He had over a month to reach out but refused too. He knew his staff did poor installation and poor service on my car and is now trying to cover it up. All of the defects of the car are in the notes, and I attached receipts. Right Tire did an oil change on my car in Feb 2023 per **** all oil changes come with a complimentary check so if something was wrong with my car they would have said something then. They are very unprofessional and did bad service and very poor installation on my vehicle. All this could have been avoided if they would have told me in the beginning, they did not know how to install a power sterling pump. He had plenty time to resolve this issue but tried to get more money out of a customer.
