    I am so thankful for ************ team! ****** is honest, knowledgeable & talented.I have an old 2001 Lexus lx470, the Lexus dealer would not work on, because of its age.The Lexus dealer told me about ******, he work for them over 22yrs.****** took on the task of repairing multiple tricky electrical problems.****** is now, my go to mechanic. I trust and appreciate ********* team!!

    I had a worst experience with Elite Service Automotive and Sales. In early February, I brought my Lexus to get repair done for my steering wheel issue. When I came back to pick up my car, I found a mess inside.There were chicken bones and other food items on the floor mat and the back seat was dirty. In addition, the quote I was given for the additional key ($120) was increased by 50% to $180. Furthermore, they would not release my car unless I paid this amount.In addition, an issue with the steering wheel while they said they fixed, persisted in being a problem.I will never use this service again.
