    Love ****** and this team. They consistently perform with the best prices and service. We have used them for over 10 years. When dealerships have disappointed with pricing and service, Snells come through every time!

    This business gave me estimate for work to be done on my vehicle and asked for $1700 to buy parts. I was told the job would take about 2 weeks. I paid the deposit and left my ********** weeks later I was told the parts were delayed. 1 month later I was told the parts came in. I can understand delay on parts but once parts received it still took 2 more months. I was given one excuse after another then outright lies about the status of my vehicle. Finally after 3 months and many excuses, lies, and attempts to add more to my bill, I had enough. After telling me once again my vehicle would be ready on a certain day then refusing to give it to me I had to show up with the police to get my own vehicle. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because it appears to be running okay. Honestly I dont know what they did to my auto and why it took 3 months. Ridiculous!!!!!
