    I took my vehicle to ******** on or around May 4, 2024. I was initially told it would take 1 week for my vehicle to be repaired. This was an insurance claim. Instead it took 1 month. Terrance never answered calls when I called to inquire. I only received small texts. Terrance was paid by the insurance company to repair damaged parts with all new parts. He took the money from the insurance company and patched up the damaged parts. My grill and bumper was still cracked and terribly painted. I had a $950 deductible that was to be paid at the time of picking up my vehicle. Terrance dropped off my key at my place of business and left my vehicle dirty up under a bridge across from his shop. I didnt receive a receipt or any paperwork from ******** for the repair of my vehicle. ******** will no longer answer calls or reply to texts. The $950 for the deductible was never asked for and now I see why. I offered to pay the deductible and have proof via text message and Mr ********************** never responded or accepted.

    I scheduled my car for repair 4 months ago . Terrance martin the owner! Took the amount of the insurance check and didnt complete any work and refuse to give me the money back or my vehicle
