At first, working with them was great! **** was so helpful in explaining how it all works. Until almost 2 years goes by and your charges are dropped and you find out he lied about the whole process. Your money is not returned. **** told me on 7/23/2022 that on a $4,000 bail, we'd pay $2437 that day and after the matters were resolved we'd receive $2,000 of it back. The rest were to cover fees and other costs. Fast forward almost two years, we're told we won't receive anything back.He 100% lied about the process. Now, if you try calling the business and say that you're charges have been dropped and want to know what the next steps are in getting the money refunded, they say there system is down, but you can text them documents or email them documents from the court proving the charges are dropped. We do that, but no response. Over a month now their "system is down." They know they aren't giving the money back, but they are going to continue to lie about it and string people along.

************ do apologize for the inconvenience that you have not been able to get a refund for what I presume is collateral. We are not in the habit or business of ilegally keeping anyones collateral or money which we did not earn. Unfortunately our database we use to track bonds has been down since 3/23/24 which has been and unprecedented and difficult situation for us as well because we have no access to the bonds or payment information for bonds received prior to 3/23/24. I am the manager and I would love to talk to you and get more information so I can try to locate the initial documents you signed 2 years ago to verify the amount paid and by who. I have been here 15 years and this issue has never happened before so it is highly unusual for us and we did not expect it to last this long. Please call and speak to me *******************************, so I can research your bond and get you your collateral returned as soon as possible. Once again I do apologize for the inconvience and appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Thank you
